Rick has been a part of the Pacific Honda team since 1990. Rick has worked within the many different departments that make up the dealership, allowing him to find his niche as a Sales Manager. Rick is an avid golfer as well as a car enthusiast. He is passionate about his work and is dedicated to provide the best experience he can for customers. “Born to golf and forced to work”. –Rick Desjardins

Doug has been a part of the Pacific Honda team since 1996. Doug was born and raised on the North Shore and has lived here his whole life. He has extensive experience in the car industry and excellent Honda knowledge.

Thomas has been a part of the sales team since 2009. He has many years of sales experience as well as extensive product knowledge.

Harley has been a member of the Pacific Honda team 2009. Harley has lived on the North Shore his whole life. He plays Softball and loves walking his English -Springer- spaniel around North Vancouver. Harley, although fairly new to sales, has had many years of customer service under his belt and is dedicated to customer satisfaction.

Francis has been with Pacific Honda since 2007. Francis has excellent product knowledge and is driven to deliver the best sales experience that he can.

John is relatively new to the car industry, but has an extensive history of sales in his past. John believes in no-pressure sales tactics and believes customers should feel at ease in his presence. John was a customer at Pacific Honda since 2009 before becoming a member of the team. He says that, “ It was a natural transition, and it just felt right”. Fluent in French.

Callan has been a part of the Pacific Honda team since 2010 and in the car industry since 2008. He has a bachelor’s degree from Simon Fraser University in Political Science and enjoys the ever-evolving aspects the industry offers. His personable attitude helps him deliver the best experience to clients and customers that he possibly can.

James has been in the car industry since 1996 and part of team of Pacific Honda since 2003. He works closely with the Parts department to ensure each customer receives the best experience he and his team can provide.

Tom has been in the automotive industry since 1982 and part of the Service team since 2006. Throughout his career he has been in different parts of the dealership. His experience in the industry allows him to help customers make the most effective decisions with regards to their vehicles maintenance. He is also a car fanatic! Fluent in Cantonese

Nan has been a part of the Pacific Honda team since 2006. He started out as a parts driver. With his experience in different sectors of the parts department he aims to solve any parts issue quickly and effectively.

Brandy has been with Pacific Honda since 2005. She was originally in the Service department then moved to Parts. She happens to be the only women in the Parts department at the North Shore Auto mall. Her vivacious personality makes her very popular with our customers and wholesale accounts.
