Pacific Honda Covid-19 Precautions

Pacific Honda remains open and has put in place controlled measures in order to mitigate the risk of spreading Covid-19, and to ensure staff and customer safety.  Those measures are updated as needed in accordance with recommendations and requirements as set out by Public Health.

We have in place various social distancing measures which include barriers and shields, where necessary, in accordance with Worksafe B.C. requirements.  The wearing of face masks is done in accordance with Public Health requirements. Watch a short video to see Heather Headley, our General Sales Manager, highlight the steps we're currently taking at our dealership!

Our operational hours and staffing have been reduced and temporary business hours are posted on our website at

As always, if your Honda requires attention, or if you require a new or pre-owned vehicle, we are here to assist.

For safety's sake, we have put in place a sanitizing regiment throughout the dealership which is carried out on high touch areas and workspaces.  We have taken measures to ensure customer vehicles in for service, and our own inventory, have touch surfaces cleansed.  These include cleansing inner and outer door handles, steering wheels, shifters, parking brakes, seatbelts and ignition, prior to the vehicle being picked up.  We are doing everything we can to ensure that we are actively slowing the pace and impact of this virus. We are particularly sensitive to protecting the higher risk members of our community. Click the following link for a complete copy of our Safety Plan.

You may book a service appointment online or by calling us at 604-984-0331.  Should you have difficulty bringing in your car due to Covid-19 concerns or being self-isolated, please contact one of our service staff for pick-up and delivery options.

All of us at Pacific Honda would like to take the time to wish you all the best as we navigate through this difficult situation and thank you for your support.  We understand the challenges you face and can only hope it is completely behind us soon.

On behalf of the entire team at Pacific Honda, please take care of yourself and be mindful of protecting others.
