Pacific Honda remains open and has put in place controlled measures in order to mitigate the risk of spreading Covid-19, and to ensure staff and customer safety.  Those measures are updated as needed in accordance with recommendations and requirements as set out by Public Health.

We have in place various social distancing measures which include barriers and shields, where necessary, in accordance with Worksafe B.C. requirements.  The wearing of face masks is done in accordance with Public Health requirements. Watch a short video to see Heather, our General Sales Manager, highlight the steps we're currently taking at our dealer!

For safety's sake, we have put in place a sanitizing regiment throughout the dealership which is carried out on high touch areas and workspaces.  We have taken measures to ensure customer vehicles in for service, and our own inventory, have touch surfaces cleansed.  These include cleansing inner and outer door handles, steering wheels, shifters, parking brakes, seatbelts and ignition, prior to the vehicle being picked up.  We are doing everything we can to ensure that we are actively slowing the pace and impact of this virus.  We are particularly sensitive to protecting the higher risk members of our community.  Click the following link for a complete copy of our Safety Plan
