Meet The Team

Originally from Montreal, Justin has been with Pacific Honda in various capacities for over 22 years. He has been the Used Car Manager since May 2006. Having become the number 1 used car source in North Vancouver and among the top 3 providers of used cars among Honda dealers, Justin is glad to call thousands of people happy Pacific Honda customers. Justin is an avid backpacker, having hiked on Nootka Island and the West Coast trail. Languages: Fluent French, Spanish and conversational Japanese.

Doug has been a part of the Pacific Honda team since 1996. He has extensive experience in the car industry and excellent Honda knowledge

In 2005 Jin arrived in Canada to complete his university education with a degree in Human Rights & Philosophy. In 2013 Jin came to Pacific Honda to look for a new vehicle and drove off with a new Civic. He was so impressed with the company, the service & the vehicle itself, he decided to join Pacific Honda as a product advisor. Within a short period of time, Jin joined the elite group of top advisors and has maintained that status since. We consistently receive accolades from Jin's clients. They say "He listens and selects the most appropriate vehicle to suit their needs." Languages: Korean and English.

Peter has been in the car business for over 17 years. He is fairly new to the West Coast having moved here in 2008. He is a retired ski racer and a self-proclaimed car junkie. Peter truly believes in Hondas and works at building solid relationships with customers.

Mori joined Pacific Honda's Sales Team in July of 2018 after moving to Canada to establish a new life for his family. Mori brings over 17 years of experience in the automotive industry, and believes in establishing a long-term relationship with his clients. Mori takes pride in providing customers with top-notch customer service and makes all his clients feel well taken-care of. When he's not at the dealership, you can find Mori on the playground with his 5 year old son. Languages: English and Farsi

Danika is a graduate of BCIT's School of Business, where she specialized in Professional Sales. Danika's clients continually comment on how enjoyable their purchase experience is with her no-pressure approach and wealth of product knowledge she shares.

Gerson Cerna has been part of our team at Pacific Honda since 1999. His love for mechanics inspired him to study at BCIT, and gained a Red Seal Licence as an Automotive Service Technician. He has transitioned with us through several positions in our Parts and Service Departments, from lot attendant up to Fixed Operations Manager.

Dave has been working in Honda dealerships since 1980. He started as a lot attendant and has progressed through to Service Technician, Service Advisor, Assistant Manager and Service Manager. Dave joined Pacific Honda in 1996. He is extremely knowledgeable and has a great passion for the Honda brand. Dave is dedicated to satisfying the service needs of the customer and is interested in all aspects of the auto industry.

Steve has been in the automotive industry for 30 years with 12 years of exclusive Honda experience. He is a former touring musician and still performs at local venues.
