Vehicle Modification for the Disabled Program
Honda now offers up to $1,000 reimbursement for the conversion of any new Honda vehicle for use by disabled persons. Persons who have a physical disability which requires some modification to their vehicle to permit them to drive the vehicle (e.g. installation of hand controls) qualify for a rebate under some conditions.

Please note that no assistance is paid to the dealer for vehicle modification sales to the disabled persons, therefore the dealer should sell the vehicle at a price agreed upon between the two parties exclusive of the vehicle modification.
All claims are subject to audit and should any discrepancy occur, a charge-back to the dealer may be applied. How reserves the right to amend or terminate this program at any time by giving 30 days notice.
- Vehicle must be new and previously unregistered (demonstrators accepted).
- The modification must be necessary due to their physical disability.
- Any work sublet must be to a qualified and authorized facility.
- The modification should be done by, or arranged through, the Honda dealer where they purchase the vehicle.
