Automotive Sales Rep

Pacific Honda is looking for a Full-Time Sales Consultants to sell New & Pre-Owned vehicles.

No Automotive Experience Necessary; we are looking for candidates who have a history of providing top-notch customer service in fields such as retail sales, hospitality and/or restaurant serving/hosting.

Sales Consultant Responsibilities & Skills:

•All applicants must be proficient in English.
•Achieve New & Used vehicle sales targets
•Greet customers in the dealership showroom / on the lot
•Review client needs
•Present vehicle features & benefits
•Take clients on test drives
•Follow up with prospects via phone/email/text/in person meetings
•Review payment options for vehicles & sell lease/finance payments
•Sell vehicle accessories (both Honda & aftermarket)
•Endorse the dealership's Financial Services Department by recommending additional protection options to clients such as Extended Warranties & Environmental Protection.
•Maintain contact with clients who have purchased vehicles to ensure their continued satisfaction
•Assist customers when they are picking up their vehicle
•Prospect for new business/build referral business for future sales
•Computer skills (Microsoft office, Internet browsers: Chrome, Internet Explorer & Firefox,) good typing skills.
•Attend sales meetings
•Must have a valid BC Drivers license and hold a valid Sales License issued by the Vehicle Sales Authority of BC. (Sales License can be obtained upon hiring.)
•Additional duties as required.

Compensation Plan:

We offer a competitive pay plan that offers good commissions, monthly bonuses and a car allowance. We have medical/dental benefits, vacation time, and we provide a fair work schedule for our team.
